Clinical assessment information is submitted after payment is confirmed and transmitted to The London Weight Loss Clinic through Cliniko for clinical review and medical record handling. Novya does not present itself as the clinic, pharmacy or prescribing service.

We retain only what is required for service quality, payment reconciliation, anti-fraud checks and legal obligations. Non-clinical payment session references are kept only for transaction continuity.

Clinical notes are held by the reviewing partner and are not used by Novya for unrelated commercial purposes. Messaging about treatment is limited to support and safety updates tied to your active route.

Marketing messages require the appropriate consent. Cookie and advertising data must be handled under UK data-protection and electronic marketing rules.

You can request a copy of your account and payment records or request correction where applicable through the published support route.
